Most Sundays I stop for a few minutes to look at the week that just passed.
Looking back allows me the chance to reflect into what’s happened and allows me the time to look forward to the week ahead.
My journal is the place where I start, I look into my journal and remember, pause, make notes and think of how to face what’s coming next.
Looking back is not easy, it’s also inexact (it’s not until you journal that you realize how much and easy it’s to forget) but I have found it the key to move forward, to act in a more intentional way.
So take a break today… and reflect forward.
